Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- License status: Your license must have been activated on no more than 3 different machines.
- Purchase verification: You must provide your order number or purchase confirmation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@langwiz.app with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- Briefly explain why you'd like a refund (helps us improve, but is not required)
- We'll process your request within 2-3 business days
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method
What Happens After Refund
- Your license will be deactivated
- You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
- You may continue using the software until the refund is fully processed (typically 2-3 business days)
- After the refund, the software will revert to unlicensed state
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
- Your license has been activated on more than 3 machines
- Evidence of license sharing, cracking, or other abuse
- Requesting refunds for bundled products where only part of the bundle was used
Trial Version
We offer a 7-day free trial. If you're using the trial version, no purchase has been made,
so no refund is necessary. Simply uninstall the software if you don't wish to continue.
Payment Processing
Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor.
The refund will be returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 1-5 business days
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Your purchase of $69 is all-or-nothing.
If you feel the product doesn't meet your expectations, we'll refund the full amount.
